White Glove Picnics and Events specializes in corporate event planning, including high-end picnics, luxury experiences, and tailored event management services. Specific offerings are detailed on our Site and subject to availability.

• Deposits and Payments: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total event cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the event date.
• Cancellations and Refunds: 
  • Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the event date may qualify for a partial refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event date.
• Changes to Bookings: Modifications to event details must be requested in writing and may be subject to additional charges.

You agree to provide accurate information regarding event details, including the number of attendees, preferences, and any special requests. You are responsible for securing appropriate permits or permissions for venues or activities, if applicable.

All content, designs, logos, and materials on our Site and related to our Services are the exclusive property of White Glove Picnics and Events. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without our prior written consent.

• Limitations: White Glove Picnics and Events is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or third-party vendor disruptions.
• Damages: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any damages, claims, or liabilities arising from your or your guests’ actions during the event.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal information.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through arbitration in Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of [insert arbitration organization].
